What is SpinWorks?
We are a boutique health and fitness studio. Somewhere to let your hair down and sweat the troubles of your day away, in a fun, vibrant and welcoming environment.
Where can I find a timetable?
Our schedule of classes can be found online and on our SpinWorks app. The app is free to download from the Apple App store or Google Play store for android users.
How do I buy sessions?
You can purchase sessions online or through our app. You simply buy credits in packs of 1, 5 or 10 and you are ready to go. Each class costs one credit. There are no contracts or direct debits. You are free to come and go as you please.
Do sessions have an expiry date?
All of our sessions come with an expiry date.
- Intro offer – 2 weeks.
- 1 pack – 1 month.
- 5 pack – 3 Months.
- 10 pack – 6 months.
However if you aren’t able to use all of your credits in time due to pregnancy or injury/medical advice then they can of course be extended.
What is your cancellation policy?

We have an intro offer available online and via the app for those that want to test the waters before diving in.
How can I download the app?
You can download our App by simply searching ‘SpinWorks’ in the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
Do you provide cleats?
What should I wear?
We recommend you wear something you find easy to move around in. It’s important you are comfortable and don’t get too hot. That way you will get maximum enjoyment out of your sessions.
Do you have showers and changing rooms?
We have three individual wet/changing rooms. These can be used to shower and get changed in privacy after sessions. They can also be used as a changing room for those arriving straight from work.
Can I workout whilst pregnant?
In short the answer is yes. However we do recommend that you consult with your GP before doing so. We also ask that you let your instructor know at the start of your session in case they need to make any modifications. It is very normal for women to train right up to their due date. But always listen to your body and keep us informed.
How fit do I need to be to cycle?
Spinning is great for people of all fitness levels. You can take things completely at your own pace before making your way through the pack.
