Our Classes

SpinWorks classes are designed to give you a focused and enjoyable workout. Allowing you to go at a pace that works for you, you’ll be pushed to your limits and get the best workout possible for you. Strengthening, toning and building on your fitness, our classes bring you an all-round fitness experience.

With inspirational instructors, motivational music and the latest fitness equipment, we give the residents of Clapham & Balham the best chance to improve their own fitness levels. SpinWorks are serious about exercise, but understand that everybody has their own levels of fitness, and so we will work with you to develop these levels.

Our Classes

30 minutes

Perfect for those early mornings when time is precious but you need your workout fix. Expect lots of high intensity sprints.

45 minutes

Our go to class. 45 minutes of hard work fuelled by great music and an energetic trainer. Expect a nice mix of sprints and hill climbs.

60 minutes

Got time and calories to burn? Feel like you need a bit more of a challenge? Then our weekly 60 minute class is for you. Expect to work hard and maybe a touch of the wobbles after. On the bright side, you’ve earnt brunch!
